ROSE CHARPENTE: THE GROUP’S MAIN ACTIVITY, SPECIALISING IN TIMBER FRAMES FOR LIVESTOCK FARMS

Founded in 1949 by Lucien Rose in St-Gouëno, Côtes-d’Armor, then taken over and moved to Lamballe in 1991 by his son and heir Michel, ROSE Charpente, the Group’s number one, has established itself as the pig farm expert.

Manufactured entirely in Brittany, the company manages all of the different stages of its business for this type of farm building. It controls the whole manufacturing process, from procurement of raw timber to nationwide delivery and installation on site by its in-house teams.

These buildings benefit from the best techniques to meet the needs of farming professionals: bespoke frames, insulation, diffuser ceiling, door units, windows, extraction systems, etc.

A service without installation is available for the whole range of products, together with the technical advice needed to implement them.

Innovation… A key concept

The Rose Charpente Research and Development department, which considers, designs and invents the products of tomorrow, has seen its innovations rewarded by the Innov’Space panel.

2015 : The Flud’R System

In partnership with Anavelec, this innovation was awarded 3 stars for its optimisation of air flow in rooms. This 360° diffuser is installed on the ceiling. It can be used in new buildings and in refurbishments. Its cylindrical shape enables even distribution of the air throughout the room, and prevents wheel phenomena. To maintain a constant circulation speed (5 metres per second) and optimise the mixture of cold air and warm air, its flaps open automatically based on a negative pressure measurement.
